Public versions of the board’s decisions in several reviews were made public Tuesday. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office tribunal found all the disputed claims were invalid because they were anticipated or made obvious by previous inventions and certain documents.
The board also denied NuCurrent’s requests that it be allowed to amend the patents with new, substitute claims.
