Samsung Wins First Round in Trade Case Over Payment Patents

Samsung doesn’t violate patents owned by Dynamics for cards with emulators that can transmit information to magnetic strip readers, U.S. International Trade Commission Judge Cameron Elliot said in a notice posted on the agency’s website.
