Samsung, Touchscreen Patent Owner Trade Blows in Validity Appeal

The future of separate lawsuits against Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. brought by the owner of several touchscreen patents will be determined by the outcome of what one Federal Circuit judge described as a difficult appeal.
