Samsung To Seek $26 Million in Costs For Techiya Patent Lawsuit

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. plans to seek up to $26 million in costs and attorneys’ fees for defending itself against a patent suit found to have “unclean hands,” the company said in urging a Texas federal judge to set a deadline for it to file the bill of costs and related motion.
