The US Patent Trial and Appeal board ruled Monday that all challenged claims in U.S. Patent Nos. 9,680,068; 7,588,828; 7,803,423; 7,867,557; and 8,524,365 are valid and enforceable. The patents broadly cover “quantum dot” technology that’s aimed at improving LED TV screens.
