Samsung, LG Patent Venue Row Needs High Court Eye, Ikorongo Says

The Federal Circuit disregarded statutory language when it ordered patent infringement suits against Samsung Electronics Co., LG Electronics Inc., and Uber Technologies Inc. moved out of West Texas, a patent owner argued in a petition for U.S. Supreme Court review.
