The Patent Trial and Appeal Board ruled Monday, in separate decisions, all claims of US Patent Nos. 9,318,160 and 8,787,060 are unpatentable because of previous patents and applications. The patents deal with methods for reducing the load of drivers in memory, according to the decisions.
