A patent owner sued
Samsung’s products utilize methods for a wireless digital audio music system, according to a complaint filed by One-E-Way Inc. Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. Samsung infringed US Patent No. 10,129,627; 10,468,047 and 9,107,000, the complaint said.
- The infringing products are compatible with Bluetooth and use audio receivers and transmitters like One-E-Way’s patents, the company said.
