Samsung 5G-Supported Devices Infringe Patents, Lawsuit Says

Hannibal IP LLC filed a complaint accusing Samsung Electronics Co. and Samsung Electronics America Inc. of infringing its patents with devices capable of supporting and implementing the 3GPP 5G standard.

Hannibal IP alleges Samsung infringes four of its patents, according to the lawsuit filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The four patents are US Patent Nos. 11,057,896, 11,641,661, 11,272,535, and 11,368,911.
