Salesforce’s Sanctions Bid in Patent Row Untimely, WSOU Says

Salesforce.com Inc.'s motion to sanction the patent assertion entity WSOU Investments LLC for purportedly copying and pasting an infringement complaint is untimely and incorrectly says the suit was frivolous, the patent firm said.

Salesforce’s “motion is nothing more than a pretext to seek dismissal, yet again” of WSOU’s patent litigation campaign, according to WSOU’s opposition to sanctions filed Wednesday.
