RV-Rental Site Blocked From Using Penn State’s ‘PSU’ Trademark

Penn State University and RV-rental company Keystone Alternatives LLC agreed to end the school’s infringement suit and bar the company from using the “PSU” trademark with its “GoPSUrv.com” domain name.

The RV company acknowledged that it willfully infringed the trademark and is blocked from using the name, according to a consent judgment and permanent injunction entered by Judge Yvette Kane June 27 in the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The parties and the judge signed the filing a day earlier.

Keystone will have to transfer the website domain to Penn State and destroy any infringing materials ...
