Rolex Presses for Award at 5th Cir. After Counterfeit Finding

A seller of refurbished watches told the Fifth Circuit on Thursday that a lower court wrongly found it sold counterfeit Rolexes, while Rolex Watch USA Inc. complained that the court awarded it no money.
