Roche, Trividia Close in on Diabetes Test-Strip Patent Suit Pact

Roche Holding AG’s diabetes unit and Trividia Health Inc. convinced a federal judge to pause a lawsuit over diabetes test-strip patents while they finalize an agreement to end the case.

Judge Gregory B. Williams stayed all deadlines until Oct. 17 and directed the parties to either file a stipulation of dismissal or update the court on when they expect to do so, in an oral order issued Oct. 6 in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
