‘Rin Tin Tin’ IP Owners Win Partial Dismissal of Producer’s Suit

The holders of intellectual property rights to canine character Rin Tin Tin won a partial dismissal of film producer Scott Duthie’s lawsuit seeking half of any associated revenues, based on his allegation he was assigned half of all worldwide IP rights to the famous German shepherd in 2011.
