Rihanna Sued by Musician Over Use of Song in Fenty Instagram Ad

Indie rock musician Arish Ahmad Khan sued Rihanna in Los Angeles federal court for allegedly misusing a song made by him and his daughter in an Instagram ad for her Fenty brand.

Khan is best known as the lead singer for the band King Khan & the Shrines. His Tuesday complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California says he and his daughter Sabaa Louise Ahmad Khan recorded “Good Habits (and Bad),” which he says Rihanna used in a video posted to her official Instagram account.
