Philip Morris USA Inc., Philip Morris Products SA, and Altria Client Services LLC failed to overcome a US magistrate judge’s rejection of their request she sanction three of British American Tobacco Plc’s Reynolds units for their delayed production of documents in a long-running patent dispute until the eve of trial.
