Reynolds Owes Philip Morris $11 Million Over E-Vapor Patents (2)

British American Tobacco Plc’s RJ Reynolds Vapor Co. and RAI Strategic Holdings Inc. owe Philip Morris Products SA $10.76 million after a federal jury in Virginia found Wednesday that each of two e-vapor products from Reynolds’ Vuse line infringes one of two patents held by the Philip Morris International Inc. subsidiary.
