Reebok Fights Autry Demand for ‘Half a Century’ of Licensing Data

Reebok International Ltd LLC asked a Massachusetts judge to reject a rival sneaker maker’s demand for “voluminous commercially sensitive information” covering as much as 50 years of trademark and design negotiations for its popular athletic shoes, according to a filing in Boston federal court.

Reebok on March 1 asked Judge Richard G. Stearns to deny Autry’s bid to force the company to turn over what Reebok described as “every single document that exists” related to its licensing and collaboration deals with all third parties, as well as extensive internal licensing communications.
