Red Bull Awarded Sweeping Relief by International Trade Commission in Gray Market Dispute

The International Trade Commission issued a general exclusion order excluding from entry into the US all gray market Red Bull Energy Drink products on September 8, 2010 (In re Certain Energy Drink, 337-TA-678).

As a result of the order, US Customs and Border Protection will bar from importation such products featuring the trademarks and copyrights owned by Red Bull GmbH in the US.
