Realtek Patent ‘Bounty’ Antitrust Lawsuit Can Proceed in Part

A federal court in California allowed part of Realtek Semiconductor Corp.'s antitrust suit to proceed against its larger Taiwan-based rival MediaTek Inc. over allegations it paid a patent-assertion entity $1 million twice for filing of a pair of patent infringement suits aimed at Realtek.
