RCN’s Bid to Dismiss Music Labels’ Copyright Claims Fails

A lawsuit brought by a group of major record labels against internet service provider RCN Telecom Services LLC for allegedly ignoring “massive” copyright infringement by its subscribers survived RCN’s motion to dismiss in New Jersey federal court.
