Omnitek Partners LLC sued
Raytheon’s Missile Defense Interceptor and Tomahawk Cruise Missile system use similar methods as US Patent Nos. 6,860,448, 8,686,325 and 9,448,040, according to the complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Omnitek said Raytheon encouraged customers to use the infringing products and services.
