Model Emily Ratajkowski is facing a copyright infringement lawsuit in New York federal court for allegedly posting photos of herself on
Edward Opinaldo took two photos of Ratajkowski exiting a building in New York City in June 2019 and registered the copyrights a month later, according to the complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ratajkowski allegedly posted the photos on her Instagram page, @emrata, the same day they were taken. The post appears to have been removed.
