A Delaware federal judge on Thursday ordered local counsel for one of the country’s most prolific filers of patent-infringement lawsuits to list all cases involving Bill Ramey before the court, underscoring concerns about candor and compliance with the court’s standing orders.
Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly pressed Antranig Garibian of Garibian Law Offices PC and Texas-based Ramey about their knowledge of their client’s true ownership, their diligence in checking for conflicts, and their compliance with the court’s strict disclosure requirements. Garibian later withdrew his request to temporarily admit Ramey as an attorney of record in the case.
