Two Quince leather handbags infringe the trade dress of Coach’s “iconic” Rogue and Soho Flap bags, according to a new federal lawsuit.
The two bags sold by Last Brand Inc., doing business as Quince, are “substantially indistinguishable” to Coach Services Inc.’s products, Coach said in a complaint filed April 4 in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
