PwC Discrimination Suit Requires Arbitration, Appeals Court Says

A former PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP employee was given prior notice that compelled arbitration and barred her from filing a discrimination lawsuit against the business advisory service company, a federal appellate panel said Friday.

The three-judge panel with the US Circuit Court of Appeals for the First Circuit unanimously affirmed a district court decision to compel arbitration regarding Jennifer D. Aldea-Tirado’s 2021 discrimination lawsuit against PwC, the opinion said.
