A psychologist accused former business partners of ripping off her work for their new addiction and recovery business in a copyright infringement lawsuit filed in California federal court.
Terence Lundy and Ryan Fischer ripped off vast portions of her work to start Sobertech Inc., which operates as Pobal, Brigette L. Lank alleged in her complaint filed in US District Court for the Northern District of California.
Pobal’s website describes the business as a recovery ecosystem offering a suite of on-demand addiction recovery courses, tools and community to promote a successful and lasting remission from addiction.
