Prolific Patent-Suit Filer Learns Delaware ‘Is Not Star Chamber’

A patent-monetization firm that has filed more than 200 infringement suits, mainly in Texas federal courts, seeking quick settlements from Salesforce Inc. and other Big Tech heavyweights failed to sway a federal judge in Delaware that “the real parties” behind it should be kept under seal.
