Pornhub Accused of Sex Trafficking in New Racketeering Lawsuit

The parent company of Pornhub was sued for racketeering related to an alleged partnership with an illegal sex trafficking venture called “GirlsDoPorn” that forced and coerced hundreds of women to film sexually explicit videos.

Aylo Media S.A.R.L., which owns Pornhub and many of the largest pornography websites in the world, collaborated with GirlsDoPorn to “advertise, sell, market, edit and otherwise exploit GirlsDoPorn’s illegal sex trafficking videos,” according to the 72-page complaint.

The lawsuit against Aylo, known as MindGeek until August, represents 61 anonymous GirlsDoPorn victims and was filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of California. ...
