An electric car tech company that accused Tesla Inc. of patent infringement is now suing another electric vehicle company, this time alleging that a Volvo subsidiary ripped off its designs for “robust charging capabilities”

Polestar Automotive USA infringes Charge Fusion Technologies’ US Patent No. 10,998,753, which covers “systems and methods for charging electric vehicles,” with car models such as the Polestar2 and Polestar3, according to a Thursday complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
