Playstudios Inc.‘s $6.5 million agreement garnered final approval to resolve investor claims it hid issues with a role-playing game when going public.

Judge Richard F. Boulware II gave the deal between investors, the mobile gamemaker, and architects of its blank-check merger his blessing. The US District Court for the District of Nevada’s approval entered Monday ends allegations Playstudios concealed bugs in its Kingdom Boss game while touting its growth potential to facilitate the special purpose acquisition company merger with Acies Acquisition Corp.
