Planned Parenthood Federation of America Inc. wants a US appeals court to review a decision that a whistleblower suit alleging Medicaid fraud can proceed to trial, now scheduled to begin April 16.
The health-care provider is challenging an Oct. 23 ruling by Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, denying in part its motion for summary judgment. That decision is under seal and isn’t viewable on the public docket, Planned Parenthood said in its notice filed Nov. 20 at the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
