The plaintiff in a fight over a “Maga Burger” trademark and restaurant named after the president said Donald Trump-owned companies should be allowed to participate in the lawsuit.
Trump Burger LLC initially opposed intervention by IDTTM Operations LLC and several other “Trump Org.” entities but no longer does as it would streamline litigation, according to a consent motion filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
