Illumafinity LLC sued Eski Inc., which does business as PixMob, for infringing a patent by creating and selling LED wristbands used by fans at live sporting events and concerts, including Taylor Swift’s The Eras and Reputation stadium tours.
PixMob’s wristbands, including X3, X4, and WAVE products, are worn by visitors at live events and can emit ultrabright RGB LEDs, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
