Craig Alexander said executives had wanted to purchase his messaging app after Delta signed a non-disclosure agreement. The app would supplant antiquated two-way radio and jetway phone pilot-crew communications, Alexander’s complaint in Georgia State Court of Dekalb County said.
He spent $100,000 of his own money developing his QrewLive platform and prototype with Delta’s encouragement, the July 12 complaint said. Delta instead released its “stunningly similar” app called “Flight Family Communication,” he said.
