Pilot.com Inc. is suing a competitor alleging infringement of its trademark will deprive it of the ability to control and maintain its high-quality products and services under its mark, a new lawsuit says.
Pilot.com provides accounting and bookkeeping for startups and growing businesses around the world under its registered Pilot mark, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California. It also has a pending application to use the trademark for tax services.
