Photographer Michael Grecco settled his copyright lawsuit against publisher Heinrich Bauer Verlag Beteiligungs GmbH over a 1995 photograph of “The X-Files” actors David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson.
Details of the settlement weren’t disclosed.
Grecco originally sued Bauer Media Group, the publisher’s parent company, in November of last year for breach of contract and copyright infringement for unauthorized use of his photo, seeking injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys fees and costs.
