Personnel Changes at IP Law Firms, Organizations

The following are personnel changes and other news recently announced by prominent intellectual property law firms and other IP-related organizations:

  • Nixon Peabody LLP added intellectual property partners Erica Van Loon and Andrew Choung to the firm’s Los Angeles office. Van Loon is an IP trial lawyer who focuses on copyright, trademark, patent, rights of publicity, trade secrets, and other media and entertainment claims. Choung focuses on high-tech patent litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings. Both attorneys were previously partners at Lathrop GPM LLP.
