The following are personnel changes and other news recently announced by prominent intellectual property law firms and other IP-related organizations:

• Winston & Strawn LLP added Stephen T. Kong as a partner in Los Angeles and a member of the corporate practice. Kong’s practice focuses on technology and IP transactions. He is also experienced in managing the IP aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Kong was previously a partner at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP.
