Personnel Changes at IP Law Firms, Organizations

The following are personnel changes and other news recently announced by prominent intellectual property law firms and other IP-related organizations:

• Dallas-based intellectual property and business litigation firm Caldwell Cassady & Curry PC added attorney Brian D. Johnston as a principal. Johnston recently was a partner in the IP department at Baker Botts LLP in Dallas. Johnston has represented plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property disputes including patent, trade secret, and copyright lawsuits.
