The following are personnel changes and other news recently announced by prominent intellectual property law firms and other IP-related organizations:

• Keith Grady joined Tucker Ellis LLP in its St. Louis office as a partner in the intellectual property department. Grady represents companies and manufacturers in patent litigation in a variety of technological industries. Grady previously chaired the IP litigation practice at Polsinelli and was a partner in the litigation department at Lewis, Rice and Fingersh focusing on patent and trademark litigation.
