The following are personnel changes and other news recently announced by prominent intellectual property law firms and other IP-related organizations:

• Angus Chen joined Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP as a partner in New York. Angus was previously at Haug Partners LLP, where he was chair of life sciences. Chen, who has a doctorate in biochemistry, has focused on pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical litigation and has experience in PTAB proceedings, appellate work, and advising clients on patent and regulatory strategies, product lifecycle management, and settlement agreements.
