• Foley Hoag LLP partner Barbara Fiacco has been named president of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), a national bar association of approximately 12,000 members. She was installed at the group’s 2019 annual meeting. Fiacco’s tech-related practice focuses on the biomedical field and she co-chairs her firm’s patent, trade secrets, and related rights litigation practice.
