Personal Genomics Taiwan Inc. and Pacific Biosciences of California Inc. settled a case Personal Genomics launched more than six years ago alleging PacBio’s Sequel system infringes a genetic sequencing patent.
Menlo Park, Calif.-based PacBio and the Personal Genomics Inc. subsidiary agreed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, including all claims, counterclaims, and defenses, according to a stipulation of dismissal filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
