Pepsi Blocked From Selling ‘Rise’ Drinks During Trademark Suit

Pepsico Inc. was ordered by a federal judge in New York to stop selling “MTN DEW Rise Energy” drinks while it fights a trademark infringement suit from a maker of canned coffee beverages.
