Peloton’s Ad Campaign Trade Secrets Case Against iFit Tossed

Peloton Interactive Inc.’s lawsuit alleging that NordicTrack-maker iFit Inc. tried to steal its advertising plans from a production contractor was tossed by a federal judge in Delaware, canceling a jury trial that had been set to start May 31.

Judge Richard G. Andrews, ruling from the bench May 6, granted iFit’s motion for summary judgment in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. An opinion and an order will issue this week, Andrews said in the oral order.
