Peloton Says NordicTrack Maker Stole Ad Plans as Fight Escalates

Peloton said Icon Health & Fitness, maker of the NordicTrack bike, stole trade secrets when it sought Peloton’s advertising plans from a production company with which Peloton had contracted, escalating a legal fight between the two fitness equipment companies.

  • Complaint was filed under seal Monday in federal court in Wilmington, Delaware, “based on Icon’s fraudulent campaign to improperly acquire Peloton’s trade secret advertising plans by soliciting the disclosures,” according to Peloton’s request for permission to file under seal
