Johnson Health Drops Its Patent Suit on Peloton Treadmills (1)

Taiwan-based Johnson Health Tech Co. dropped a lawsuit alleging Peloton Interactive Inc.’s Tread and Tread+ internet-connected treadmills for at-home fitness infringe three patents, according to filings in Wisconsin federal court.

Peloton and Johnson Health on Jan. 22 filed a stipulation of dismissal in the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin that doesn’t allow either side to renew its allegations. The court closed the case Jan. 23 without issuing an order.
