Peloton, iFit Settlement Ends International Battle of Rivals

Peloton Interactive Inc. and iFit Inc. settled all of their pending litigation Monday, with iFit agreeing to remove some disputed leaderboard technology from its connected exercise products and Peloton agreeing to license certain iFit patents related to remote-control tech.

The pact resolves a long-running feud between the rivals in the market for connected at home-fitness that included five cases in a federal district court in Delaware, four validity reviews at the US Patent and Trademark Office’s patent tribunal, one UK case, and two trade disputes at the US International Trade Commission.
