Peloton Fails to Get Icon’s Patent-Infringement Claims Tossed

Peloton lost its bid to get a federal judge to dismiss counterclaims by NordicTrack maker Icon Health & Fitness that Peloton’s treadmill and app infringe two Icon patents, a setback stemming from Peloton’s filing last year of a lawsuit alleging its rival copied its programs and lied in advertising.
